The Mobile Estate Agent application will automatically process your selections to produce grammatical sentences in English. The only details entered are the room sizes and client information.
The examples above are taken from the schedule produced in the previous page. The Ground Floor / Lounge has a number of features selected. Within each feature is a number of possible properties which make up a description as shown in the First Floor / Upper Landing / Cupboard which has a "Built in linen cupboard with fitted shelving".
All the screen options shown are completely configurable which means that you can add, amend, or delete items as required. In addition, the application provides you with the ability to sort the order in which items appear in your schedule. This means that the MicroMatter Mobile Estate Agent will complement your current working practices.
